Content rules

pumphard is a livestreaming layer for pump.fun coins. Keep it fun; keep it legal. By streaming or chatting here you agree to the following:

• No sexually explicit content or nudity. This is not an adult platform and streams containing explicit content will be ended and the streamer banned.
• No illegal content. Nothing that depicts or facilitates violence, exploitation, harassment, doxxing, or any illegal activity.
• No content involving minors. Zero tolerance — immediate ban and report to authorities where required.
• You own or have rights to what you stream. No rebroadcasting copyrighted streams, TV, or music you don't have rights to. DMCA notices are honored.
• No scams or impersonation. Don't impersonate a coin's dev, don't phish, don't shill wallet-drainer links in chat.

Streams, private shows and users can be reported by anyone (⚑ Report). Moderators may end streams, ban users and blacklist connections at their discretion.

Private shows & monitoring

• Private shows are paid, non-custodial and non-refundable. A private show is a 1-on-1 session you pay for by the minute in SOL or USDC, sent directly to the model's wallet — pumphard never holds the funds. Transactions are irreversible; if a session ends early there is no automatic refund.
• The same content rules apply in private shows as everywhere else on pumphard. No exceptions.
• Sessions may be monitored for safety and legal compliance. A pumphard moderator may join any stream or private show to review it. When a moderator is observing, both participants are shown a clear on-screen notice. We do not secretly intercept private sessions.
• Chat is retained. Public and private chat messages are logged and retained so moderators can review reports and enforce these rules. Video is relayed live and not recorded by the site.

Terms of use

• Non-custodial. pumphard never holds your keys or funds. Tips are direct wallet-to-wallet Solana transactions that you sign in your own wallet. Transactions are irreversible — double-check amounts and recipients. Tips are voluntary gratuities, not payments for goods or services.
• Not financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Memecoins are extremely volatile; streams and chat are entertainment.
• No affiliation. pumphard is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to pump.fun.
• As-is. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime or availability guarantees. Streams are relayed live and are not recorded by the site.
• Abuse. We rate-limit and may block connections that flood, spam, evade bans, or attack the service.
